Accountability Program
3 month program —> Seven sessions, 24/7 access to me via personal client portal, a 5-day meal plan, and much more! $450 per month (10% off all services)
6 month program —> Thirteen sessions, 24/7 access to me via personal client portal, THREE 7-day meal plans, and much more! : $525 per month (10% off all services)

**New Patient Onboarding Fee: All new patients are subject to a one-time $30 onboarding fee, which covers insurance verification, care coordination, medical record review, and account setup. This fee may be waived if you verify your own benefits. For self-pay patients, the onboarding fee is $15.
